2023-2024 TSPE Fort Worth Scholarship

The chapters of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) will award scholarships to graduating high school seniors studying to become engineers in an engineering program at an ABET-accredited (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) college or university. Upon verification of enrollment, these scholarships will be presented to the university in the student’s name. Unless otherwise instructed by your scholarship coordinator, applications must be submitted to Mason Jones (mason.jones@freese.com) by April 19, 2024.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a US citizen

  • Be a high school senior with a 3.0 or higher GPA entering college in the fall of 2024.

  • Have scored at least a 610 in math, a 570 in reading & writing on the SAT, or a 28 in math and a 24 in English on the ACT.

  • Enroll in an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited engineering program to receive funding in fall 2024. (Visit www.abet.org and click on “Find ABET-Accredited Programs” to obtain a listing).

  • Provide a completed Scholarship Application via email by April 19, 2024.
